For ad networks, since it is a income, you will need to pay taxes. In order to correctly place it on your credit history and report it to the IRS, you need to be 18.

I do however know that if you can get a parent to do it for him, he will be fine.

If you are above 18, why don't you make an account on your name and give it to your cousin?

He could earn the money but they would not pay it until the W8 (none USA residents) or W9 (USA residents) was filed.

If under 18 then in many cases the company will want a perential consent.

The easiest solution to your question is to contact each company and ask what their policy is on under 18's signing up.

If the company is genuine they will respond and tell you what you need to do.

In many states you cannot legally enter into a contract with a minor (under 18). That is in the U.S....not sure where you are asking from..but most companies make that a rule across the board.

I don't know of any companies that knowingly sign up minors, although I am sure they do, however, your birth date is part of the sign up process...it is very easy to lie since there really isn't much checking, however, if you have any problems with payouts or discrepancies, since you fraudulently entered into the agreement and misrepresented yourself, they could easily call your contract null and void.

Do it at your own risk.

There is nothing to place on his credit history......

Your credit history is just that, when you draw credit.

By your cousin (meaning yourself) you should be fine just make a decent amount of income then present it to your parents saying that you already have money! How can they say no!
