Uncoded vBulletin Forum Design - $100

I am looking for a vBulletin forum design (and only a design) for a new forum which will be work at home-related. It would be logical for the design to be money themed.

If you're interested in starting, read below. And then you can private message me for the site information, including a logo which I've already had developed.

    REQUIRED

    1. The design must have a left and right sidebar. I will be putting content in both sidebars. The content in the design does not matter - I will put my own content in it, so you can use random content.

    2. In your entry, please include the following details about branding and copyright: (1) if I choose your design, who owns the copyright? If it's not me, is there an additional cost I can pay you to fully own the copyright?; (2) will I need to put your link on the site? If so, is there an additional fee I can pay you to remove this link?

    3. I don't want something too fancy. Something that is making money-related and not too fancy will work just fine. Fancy designs will only reduce the likelihood of me choosing your design.

    4. The design must be exclusive to me if I pay for it. For example, you cannot sell the design to anyone else if I pay for it.

    IDEAS

    1. I'd like to have no boxes on the design, but rather something similar to http://www.ubuntuforums.org. If you'll notice the "Welcome to Ubuntu Forums" part, you'll see that it doesn't have a box, but rather a headline, a line, and the content. Of course, on the design, you can just put some random text in that area, as it will not be coded in this contest.

Note that this should be a substitute for all boxes, not just the welcome box.

Deliverables - I will need a PSD graphic template with this design. The design may have real text or random text, such as the "Lorem ispum..." lines.

Contest Terms - The contest officially ends March 31, 2007 at 11:59 PM MST (GMT -7:00). After that time, I will either choose a winner, or, if I don't like any of the designs, I will not choose a design. Of course, that scenario is not likely at all, and I more than likely will end up choosing a design, and if I do, the designer of that design will receive the full $100 prize. I reserve the right to end the contest or choose a design early.

True, you might want to add atleast $50 to it, i mean people pay $100 for a logo these days, so $100 for a complete skin is not very much...

Thanks for the comments. I'm increasing the prize to $150. It'll be edited in a moment.

Edit - looks like I can't update it. To any future visitor, the first place prize is $150.

    Thank you for your submission.

Unfortunately, I found the following errors with the submission.

    1) It only has a left sidebar, not left and right.

    2) It doesn't have the headlines similar to Ubuntu Forums' headlines. That was just an idea, and not exactly required, but I thought I'd let you know in case you want to do it.

I'm still awaiting further submissions. The contest is still open and it is for $150 paid via PayPal or gift card (please PM me with who you would like a gift card for if you want to use this option, and I will check into it and see if it's acceptable. PM me BEFORE you start designing an entry).

At this moment, I know that there are 3 others participating (some have privately sent me a PM), for a total of 4 people (including you). That total does not include others who may be creating a design for the contest, but have not posted here or otherwise let me know somehow.
