I apologize if this is a simple question but I find google's program guidelines a bit confusing and I am not sure if I am in violation. For about 4 years I have had my site divided up into two sites one was the main site www.cheftalk.com and the other was simply to host the discussion boards www.cheftalkcafe.com.

Recently I made an effort to bring move my discussion boards to the same host so that everything is under one domain www.cheftalk.com. I had my host set up a domain pointer for www.cheftalkcafe.com so that it now points to www.cheftalk.com. Is this a violation of the Google policies? I honestly don't know? I don't want to lose the traffic from the www.cheftalkcafe.com but I also don't want violate any rules. Now when you type in www.cheftalkcafe.com it takes you to www.cheftalk.com but the domain is www.cheftalkcafe.com.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.

    Regards,

    Nicko
