Uncatagorzied Website?

    Ok I have complaints that schools block uncatagorzied websites in which my websites are and many other websites are for somereason, The block message is attached.

    Can anyone explaint to me why this happens and how can I add a catagorey to fix/do this?

    I added META tags etc..
