Unbelievable!!!

till 5 hours before i was ranking 30th on Google for a keyword phrase and now it has vanished i am not able to understand what happened? can anyone tell me the reason?

 

Give it some time, it should come back. Google dances all the time

 

This is our local Google data center problem so automatically your site will get back to your old position soon.

 

there could be many reason behind this. could be google dance, could be over optimization for a single kwyword, could be too fast link building, etc. really hard to tell. give it a few days and see if it climbs back up or not. if it doesn't then there is some problem there which you need to find out

 

maybe you got sandboxed or wait some days maybe it was just a Google dance.

 

I've seen this on a few keyword phrases that I've used. It will settle out.

 

It is no longer practical to overreact to every big ranking change. Those rankings can just as quickly disappear. These days you have to have patience and sometimes wait for rankings to come back or stabilize. If something happens to your rankings, keep doing things as normal and keep monitoring those rankings. If they don't come back after a week or two then you know its more serious.

 

I think SERP dancing is often in google.This happens to me too.

Patience is a virtue Just wait because this kind of scenario is normal in search results. Concentrate on what you are doing, on proper link building, optimization and others in order to improve your site ranking, If the keywords rank don't appear after several days, then you should do something about it.

 

Lots of tweaking is going on at google....People have been experiencing fluctuations in even PR, hence too many ups and downs in SERPs is natural...

rankings on different search engines are not stable... it may be on top 2 then after how many days it make go down to top 15... so there is no certain ranking on it

 

Yes.. some times it will be happened. Am also some times facing such type of problems.

oh my good it has again vanished...what the hell is Google doing???Sometimes i am seeing my website and sometimes it is not visible in the first 100 results. is Google Dance like this??changing SERPs after every few hours

 

stay calm. It will settle down. There's an added problem that their weekend mess-up caused (you know , all sites 'may harm your computer'). They had to revert a lot of data to fix that one.

Could be a few weeks before its settled again.

 

Don' worry about that you will get your position again and do not stop your SEO process.....lol
