Unbelievable problem with google adsense

    Hello there,

Recently,I came to realize the reason why Google Adsense rejects me as a member in Its community of Publishers.

To be candid,I’ve set up my first account with google last year ( 15/06/2007) under the adress(simon.garmah@gmail.com) ,In that time,I didn’t know a lot about google and its services,so I opened my first account with the Adsense Program, but the crux of the problem is that I didn’t activate it,and after awhile, the account was closed.
8 Months later “which is a long time enough to forget about the opening of the first account”I decided to sign up in the program once again (garmah.simon@gmail.com) bearing in mind the purpose of traiting Google Adsense as a real way to monetize my sites however, the surprise was that my account was detected as a click fraud despite the fact that I’ve never activated neither the first account nor the second one.The same story with the third account (for.all.of.you@gmail.com) .

My question here is that : what can I do to convince google that i've never insert any adsense ads on my website? moreover,i'de like to say that I filled out three online appeal forms and noone of them was accepted as they require a google adsense ID which i've never had.

So please can you help me out with this problem?

my warm regards to you all

I'd suggest you trying to sign up and activate a new account, again with different email and with a new website URL (if you have more than 1 site) plus a different physical address for the activation card.
However, why didn't you activate your 1st account?

Thank you guys for your help!

my answer to abaraxas question is that I did know anything about and its policies, moreover it was the curiosity that pushed me to sign up.well now what i understood is that i need to change my IP adress and open another account.but what bout my name? i know that the guys at google are having a vary sofisticated technologies that allow them to recognise my first account openning.so what exactly should i do now.

thanks once again for your support guys.

IP address doesn't matter. It's the cookies in your computer, name, address, tax id number, and associated websites (your website's IP may matter, but the domain name definitely does). If you want a new account, you need to be a different person, wipe cookies, and never use adsense on domains associated with the old account.

Sending them e-mails is not a good way, because, most of the times they send the automated E-mails.
