I thought for a while and select this part of the forum for this section.

I have a new website. This site is not indexed by Google. Upon looking into the matter, I found that my site is been crawled by Domaintools.com in whois of my website. Domain tools crawled my site and Google upon seeing that thought that my website is a copied stuff of domaintools.

Like it is confusing. I have submitted a reconsideration request. is there any one faced such issues.?

Filing a DMCA takedown notice is one possibility, blocking domaintools.com in your robots.txt file is another...

Of course, that's assuming THEY copied YOUR content, not the other way around.

Site isnt crawled by domaintools. Domaintools is a site that is not sending out indexing spiders. It is just a registry for maintaining whois data.
