    The server has been experiencing some problems this past 24 hours. the problem lies within yet another spammer on the server. We should have this fixed very soon. sorry for the problems.

    I want my money back, I don't care what you do with the server. My sites have been down ever since I bought this horrible service.

    A refund is expected immediately, or you shall receive negative iTraders and bad publicity on this particular forum and others as well.

    The server has been experiencing one kinda problem or another ever since I bought this service. My site's been down 50% of the time while the guaranteed uptime is 99.9% or whatever.

    I need refund. I'm canceling the payment subscription as well. I had made the payment through PayPal account. The site I have hosted is proxi5.com. Please issue a full refund immediately before I get even more upset about this :(.

    Your right, unfortunately. He really had no control over this attack and it was most likely someone else that caused his server to be attacked. But the guarantee was not provided and they should get a refund.

    no need for nervous at all!
    We are all in the same pool. For me, i have opened a support ticket and they kindly refunded me what i paid for the hosting ( 12$ = 100%)

    So i see that they are honest ppl and if u need a refund , then just do same as me and open a support ticket.
