Unauthorized Use of Intellectual Property

    Hello,

    I have an Amazon store powered by AOM script.
    Today I have received an email from CA attorneys regarding Unauthorized Use of Intellectual Property

    It says:
    "Such unauthorized use of this or similarly infringing material on the Website violates federal copyright law, including the U.S. Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 101 et seq. If found liable by a court of law, you may be ordered to pay damages to xxxxx her related parties, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, and be subject to an injunction."

    Any ideas?

    Best to do is call them. This way you are showing you have nothing to hide. Also, by calling them you will find out why exactly you received that letter and they will provide you with an email or fax number for you to send a copy of the license.
