Unauthorized payments

    Do you often have unauthorized payments(from stolen PayPal accounts or credit cards)?
    How do you fight with it?

    I just got a payment and its on hold now, they are asking me for shipping address but I did as service.

    But that is only possible in direct deals. What about if you provide some kind of service through your website where people pay and use your service as well as in your directories where people submit their links and pay to you. In that case there is no control on this.

    Paypal will always support the buyer in such types of cases and the seller will always loose. :)
