unauthorised payment claim.(providing liability means what )

    Hi,


    I want to know what should we do when we get a - unauthorised payment claim.

    ---> Buyer paid through cc
    ---> I think buyer dont have paypal account
    ---> He went for paypal dispute (un-authorised payment )
    ---> At that time i was not with suffiencient funds
    ---> Now I am with sufficient funds
    ---> I want to provide refund and close the claim
    ---> When i choose to do it right now - I don't see the option to refund - but there is an option for providing liability.

    What does providing liability mean?

    Buyer Paid :- $ 25 through cc.

    How much money will paypal cut from my account if I choose to provide liability. And how much time will it take after that to become everything like before.
