Unactive products

    Hello,
    I am wondering what is the best option for products that are not active anymore in my web-shop. Till now I have 3 ideas and one combined, so wich one do you like the most:
    - product is still visible on original url, but there is a warning that product is not active
    - product is not visible, there is text: "This product has been removed from our shop!"
    - product is not visible, there are previews of related products
    - combination of second and third idea

    If you have any other ideas, plese write it or please tell wich one do you like the most.

    Enable Cross-Sell so that the 3rd idea is still viable and then go with the 1st Idea simply for the SEO benefit. Just keep the page and make it un-orderable.
