It "might" be because all your content has dozen copies lying around on the web already, nothing original I'm afraid.

Are you trying to open a new adsense account? I guess so. So they might not want this site as a website in the url field of the account application. Use another if you have, then I guess after you have opened your account you can put adsense on it.

adsense will ban again as it did before . I apply but I came to know the reason why they suspend my previous account. I want to optimize my site to fit Asense policies but it is an article directory, I can not stop some one to not post duplicate contents. I think i need to look for another solution

It's obvious the articles have been added by yourself. At least it's obvious to me, so imagine adsense's people..

is only originality of articles only matters. Or grammar spell mistakes and scope of information they provide also matters equally.

originality of articles is number one problem to open an adsense account compared to spelling mistakes. That's my guess.

    No gambling, casino related articles/links
As far as content is concerned you can't control it since its members submitted
But, yes you can put some 'censor words' kinda trick to avoid this from happening in future

Ban it again as they did before? Then forget it, if you have been banned it is game over for you, your site and your relationship with adsense. Once banned you can't re-apply without breaking the original TOS that you signed up to. So in re-applying you clearly didn't read the original TOS - so sorry I have no sympathy
