    I have created a video while navigating in that page. It is available below:

    Audio is not present because I have to save bandwidth (I have quite slow internet connection). The video may have low quality.

    The red chart is the first chart I have talked before. I cannot move the page to go up and down in that red chart (first chart).

    White chart is second chart. I could scroll the page up and down quite easily and smoothly.

    Last, I hope no one complain me due to video is not facing in the right direction. It seems I did something wrong while converting it. :D

    It behaves the same here (same phone, Android 6, latest Chrome) - the first graph does not allow for scrolling, the second does. Seems weird indeed.
