What's the exact URL it can't find ads on when you validate?

I want to use http://www.officialringtonechart.com/forum/ - as that's where the ads are. When I enter this as the url to use, when I click the validate button it says it can't validate https://www.officialringtonechart.com/forum/

    Thanks for any help :)

It's because that is the only other page Google knows about...

Yes, but why does the validator change the url I enter from http to https?

http has pagerank, but https doesn't, and due to it changing the url, I can't validate it :(

Or are you saying it's because there's only the main dir listed in Google at the mo? But if that were the case, why does http://www.etc.com/forum/index.php validate (and also doesn't change from http to https)?

The https URL is coming from Google, not the preferences.

So there's no way to get it to validate until Google wakes up and realises https doesn't actually exist anymore?

Just seemed a bit odd to try and validate the wrong url even though the one I want to check is listed fine in Google, and the url that validates isn't...

Oh well I'll give up on it for now then - thanks for your time

Either that, or get more pages into Google so it will try other pages too.

It's only just got PR after the last update, so hopefully Google will take notice now and perform a proper spider of it at some point. Not too bothered about the time side of things as it's just a side-site I've not been actively promoting, but was just very confused over it not validating  At least it's not really a bug with either my site or co-op :)

Thanks again, I'll see if it works once it's been more deeply spidered.
