unable to use my email provided by godaddy

ok i bought a domain from my friend

he has pushed this domain under my account and i have accepted it

, created a email account

i have now a domain
no webshosting( i dont have any hosting package)
and one email and that not working

plz tell me what shall i do to so that my email starts working

the registrar is godaddy.com

 

If the domain is new or the server has been changed, wait for dns update.
