Unable to start a new thread in Buy, Sell though I meet the criteria

    hi,
    Its been 15 days since I joined this forum and already have more than 25 posts which i had completed 2 days back. Now when i did try to start a new thread in domain sale and buy,sell thread, i found I don't have the permission.

    May I know the reason, and how can the issue can be resolved.
    Looking for a quick response.
