Unable to sign in MSN Messenger !

    Hello

    From last couple of days i am unable to sign in msn messenger on my home pc and it comes up witht he error no "81000316"


    I have reinstalled my windows but it is still the same.

    Please help me out

    it usually happens
    its all about msn being updated.

    mine was down for 3 days last time.
