    May b after some day they will block this too. Each & every day all countries are moving forward but we r going behind :( . reason behind blocking domestic payment by RBI is really unknown.

    You're correct! I was using CC to pay Adube.. pay from paypal fund? No way that I'll leave a huge sum of money on paypal... this particular software suite costs approx $2000 (after discounts) :)

    It's clearly the rule of RBI which put PayPal in the side walls.

    As for as India is concerned PP operations are similar to banking ones. Banks do follow lot of procedures to open a bank ac in India (called KYC Norms). Indian money laundering policies are very strong. The question from RBI to PP is - when we follow so much methods to curb illegal money laundering, terrorist funding, etc.,,, how come we accept you as a payment processor? Any one can send payment to anyone using an email address!!! How secure is this for the country!

    Obviously in their point RBI is very clear & correct too..

    PayPal kind of system won't work out perfectly in India (as for as RBI is concerned).
    Even I m suffering for the last 4 to 5 months by non-receipt of the payments for online purchases bcoz of this issue.
