Hi guys! I'm trying to send $$ for branding removal (DP ad positioning). When I try to buy, the "loading paypal" banner drops from the top, the screen goes dim, and nothing happens. Tried safari, firefox, and chrome. My domain is verified and ready for branding removal.
No. Just tried with stock Safari and get the same result. Chrome has 1password and evernote extensions. Firefox is stock. Same.
Hmm... I just tried and it seems to be working for me. Are you g rating any JavaScript errors in your browser console or anything?
Not quite sure what I'm looking for, but this is from Safari: [Error] Blocked a frame with origin "https://ic.paypal.com" from accessing a frame with origin "https://marketplace.digitalpoint.com". Protocols, domains, and ports must match. anonymous cet gtfs t scOnload (expresscheckoutincontextremembermeflow, line 437) [Error] Blocked a frame with origin "https://ic.paypal.com" from accessing a frame with origin "https://marketplace.digitalpoint.com". That is something going on on PayPal's side... specifically something wrong with their HTTP headers. But for whatever reason, I'm not seeing it happen when I try it. Can you maybe try in Chrome with an Incognito window? Maybe you have some PayPal cookies or something set in your browser that PayPal is barfing on somehow. Tough to debug on this end when it works fine for me with every browser I try. Are you behind a firewall or proxy or something that is analyzing traffic? Maybe it's rerouting the request incorrectly somehow. Do you have access to a completely different Internet connection somehow (like a coffee shop or work)) that you could try it on?
No luck with incognito. Same result with safari and chrome on my phone with wifi as well as on LTE wireless. Nothing fancy about my home setup, just att u verse. Could it be something with my account here?
Any chance you would somehow be able to try it from a computer (not mobile device) on a different network to see if it's somehow a combo of the network and your computer? Really haven't had anyone else say anything about having the same issue, and transactions are definitely happening every day. As far as it being something with your account here, it's definitely nothing we would have programmed on our end. I fired up Safari to test it, and I got the same errors that you got in the console coming from PayPal, but the checkout system was still functioning fine. I'm a bit at a loss since I can't get it to not work no matter what I try...
I'm at the gym (different network) son different computer now, same issue when trying to send any $ your way.
I just disabled PayPal's embedded payments system... it's buggy as hell (with other issues) and never worked on mobile devices anyway. I wonder if it might have been PayPal embedded payment system. If you want to give it a try now it's using a different mechanism.
