    Hi,

A lot of people were complaining they encountered problems when purchasing.
Any one of you also facing this problem? I'm losing a lot of sales suspecting because of clickbank's problems.

I've email them 4 times and after I've emailed, the problem seems to go away, but after 2-3 weeks, it came back again...

Any one had this problem too???

Clickbank is famous for this unfortunately. The problem has been going on for several months, at least. Clickbank obviously doesn't care and has no intention of fixing it, because many of us here have complained about it repeatedly also.

My suggestion would be to choose another affiliate program. That's what I had to do :(

Many times when "the order can't be completed at that time" happens, it is a good thing.

Clickbank block frequent refunders so the sales it blocks may be for your own protection (and for their merchant account)

Some might be from purchase attempts from Nigera and/or other countries which are blocked because of fraud rate.

Some may be because the zip code entered does not match the credit card zip code, and sometimes because the buyers IP comes in from 1 state, and the credit card is registered in another.

Sure some might bet blocked that shouldn't, but overall, it workd in your benefit in the long run. Getting banned because someone else is committing fraud is a lot worse than losing a sale or two

ic .. thanks for the clarification ... but a few days without any sales is very abnormal ... I've been able to sell a few products daily, till 0 for few days ...
The funny thing is, each time I email CB, my sales will come back automatically ... It'll last for 3-4 weeks before another round of "Blank Days" happened. Then I have to email CB again ...

I've checked the forum and alot of ppl are encountering this problem as well. It's killing our sales and commission ...
