Hello community Well, now it is almost A week I am facing that problem with godaddy! When I try to register a domain and when I enter payment details I get that message : "unable to process, go back and chek your informations.." I am sure that all my the details are correct, I alredy registered 3 domains with the same informations.. I contacted the support and they frankly they answer "General answers", not solved my probem. I am realy confused.. Does someone has faced that issue ? What is the solution? Thanks in advance.
I had that problem once for no reason so i switched from paypal to credit card (or vice versa) for that transaction and didn't have any more problems with either.
Thank you guys for your replays. I use CC. Right now I tried to pay in another website and there is no problem. Any problem with the bank (Europe) or something like that. I registerd two domains in the same time and when I tried to the other I got that error..It was my 5th in my account but coudnt get it. But this time I got in billing page, business account Vat .. However I had only personal account, so my thought I can not get 5 domains or more with a personal account ? Dreamerr, I will try because is the same problem, got that issue with no reason.. Thanks again
Business account in Go daddy ! If you are assuming that, there should be no restriction about number of domains registrations with personal use. Also you can modify that option at account area and many things there.
call up godaddy or something - they are useless when you email them - i had the same problem with my paypal a few months ago but it was automatically fixed so i dont know what caused it or what could cause it
That usually means your card is block because of fraud or a charge back. Change your email address on file and use a different card. I bet it will go through.
Every time I use a credit card at name.com they give me the domains but also a fraud investigation notice in big red letters, a few days later they say I am clear. The first time I was worried but Im used to it now. Not sure what their problem is but at least they are watching for fraud. Im in Canada which isn't usually an issue.
FYI, they have a censor or audit team. When the domain you want to register have great likeness with those existing brandname or trademark, their system will automatically block your payment. Acorrding to news, China has one official organization - HKZC, to do exactly the same thing in China in order to depress domain piracy.
I don't think GoDaddy does that, I registered a .us domain with them which is a very famous TM in the states. Also I got about 50 domain names on my personal account so I don't think there is a limit on the number of domains you can have. I had the same problem years ago and I just used a paypal account with the same credit card tied to it and it worked just fine. Best of luck.
Thank you guys for your time. I am still facing that issue, even with my paypal account. Godaddy support told me to chek out my bank etc I contacted the bank and there is any problem. The same error "Unable to process". I tried now in Namecheap just to see what happen to my credit card and it was perfect. I paid without any problem. I have already bought 4 domains with goddday with the same credit card. So what is up this time in Godaddy? I am really frustrated... Thanks again Regards,
Seems Sericsson Peon is trying to legitimize a fake company HKZC is another scamming group, just google HKZC How can we report Sericsson for such scamming activitiy support?
I have been having this problem with godaddy for years, and I think I finally found out why it hasn't been working for me. I tried both visa and paypal, filling in my contact info exactly as they are on paypall, none of that worked. I had to call godaddy and give them my visa info every time i had to renew. Turns out, godaddy was "unable to process" because of my location, i.e. my computer's IP shows them I am making this order from overseas. After trying to checkout, only this time with Hotspot Shield, everything worked like magic! I wish they were just more clear about it, stating that they do not accept online orders made from abroad, instead of this retarded error looking message. I hope this helps!
