Unable to move users from usergroup[VB]

    Hello, I moved my phpbb3 from to Vbulletin 3.7.2 with impex. Now there are many user groups. I tried to move all my users (near about 500) from the usergroup imported to Vbulletin's Default "Registered user" group and I am facing this error:

    then it redirected to another page with this error.

    vBulletin support is very very slow... Hope I 'll get my solution fast here in DP:cool:

    just delete your custom usergroup and they will be automatically be moved to registered user usergroup.
