Unable to login

    I have recently created a new YSM account. Whenever I try to login to my account I get this message "Login failed. Try again.". When I goto forget password option & put in my username & pwd, it brings me back to the same page with no error message whatsoever. Anyone else facing the same problem...please help.

    same problem here. tried this "forgot password" site with 3 different browsers, but always the same, nothing happens. popupblocker is off.
    tried to find some support email or contact form, but there is nothing. if i dont find a way to login or reset my password then i have to cancel the credit card transactions for overture until they contact me or throw me out.
    this is very lame for such a company ...

    They emailed me & said they will call me...I got a call yesterday but it was from Yahoo India :mad:. The caller was guiding me to register at their new search marketing India site..She said I'll get a call soon from the technical dept. but nothing as of now. I have been charged already and have no clue whats happening.
