Hello all from some days i am unable to login to my wordpress dashboard i did't install any new plugin not did any change when i try to login the login page appeared again there is no any error password not mach etc i also tried to reset password when i entered my email same page is appeared no any message. I have changed theme password through cpanel but still unable to login to my site dashboard. Please help me what to do?
If you use the proxy or IP changer first turn off and try again if can't log in Contact with Your Host provider and send your problem in a ticket .
one thing to change in phpmyadmin check all admin info and change email address and reset password. also if you changed any url structure recently then it also create problem for you. like if you change domain or directory or even domain.com to www.domain.com check this all. thank you
Dear i have redirect a domain hitpcsoftware.com to hitpcsoftware.net and in dashboard i was changing .com to .net but mistakenly i put wrong and log out after that my site redirected correctly but unable to log in to dashboard. Please help me
if i can have access to your wordpress instalation and mysql database admin access then in can fix this problem for you.
