Hello, I just upgraded to premium membership here on Digitalpoint. I am trying to link my PayPal account and it is not working. I tried both my Premier and Business account. I receive no error when trying to link the two.
When I click "Grant Permissions" I am taken back to the External Accounts page where I see that under the PayPal section I see "Your PayPal account appears to be linked.". However, when I look up on the top right, I see "Paypal not linked". When I refresh the page I see "Your PayPal account does not appear to be linked." Don't know what's going on.
hi same problem with me in my paypal acount i can see Digital Point Solutions in Service Providers linked. but i can not see linked paypal in digitalpiont acount after i refresh the page
How long have you waited since completing the transaction? You need to give the databases time to update to enable the changes.
I want to edit an item I have uploaded in the marketplace here for which a linked Paypal account is a must. I had my Paypal linked to my DP a/c previously. I had unlinked it later and am now trying to link it back to DP. I have completed the normal 'first login, then logout' procedure, yet my Paypal is STILL not linked to DP. Do I have to wait for sometime for the chron-job/API to get updated? How much time does it require normally? Dunno what's going on. Can someone help puhleeeez? Same problem here mate! I can see the change in Paypal, but not here on DP.
Hi, For the past few weeks I am having trouble getting my paypal account linked. I have a verified premier account. I can't edit my digital goods as it kept saying you have not link your paypal account but I already tried to link it so many times. Where has Shawn gone to lately? I urge DP to fix this bug ASAP. I'm also having this problem and just saw this thread when I came to create my own thread for assistance with this issue. I am completely unable to link my PayPal account with my DP account. If someone on the staff team could provide assistance, that'd be fantastic.
Soooo, I go ahead and link my paypal. Says everything is fine once I return to the forum: However, as soon as I go to another page or refresh, or such I have to link it again: How come it is not staying linked?
I'm another one with the same issue. I link my Paypal account, I go to the Content Creation forum to try and post a thread, and my Paypal account has magically unlinked itself. This is frustrating. I want to sell a service and allow more than one person to buy, but the option to do so is greyed out on the menu - I presume because my Paypal account is "not linked". Any kind of response on this - that support is aware of the problem, a time-frame on a fix for it, or even a workaround for this problem - would be very gratefully appreciated.
Can't really figure this out!!? So many people are reporting the Paypal bug and pleading for an explanation from the staff, yet there's no answer from any of the mods. Usually I have seen them answering any query within minutes after it's posted. DP staff, I sincerely request you to keep us at least informed about what's happening. This is something ONLY you can address. Sorry if I sound harsh, but that's not what I mean.
