Unable to install joomla

    i hav been trying to install joomla... I have setup and installed MYSQl and while running the Joomla setup it won't connect to the database i setup in mysql. It tells me the Username and Password for mysql is incorrect whereas i connect to that particular database with that user/password combination with Phpmyadmin. i have been searching for its solutionn found so many threads ..didnt help me Can anyone help me?i really wanted to install :(plzz help me install this

    After you create a database and user you will need to add the user to your database.....i think here is the problem...;)

    It might help to have a little more informtion. What host are you using? Did you setup a mysql database through your cPanel and provide it with a user that has admin rights?

    ok it worked ...i was doing a mistake ..i changed host from localhost to the one provided in my database manager n it worked finally but now another problem whenever i try to login it says cookie must be enabled:( ...any suggestions plz?:confused:
