I have bought a domain from dynadot.com. I want to host the site on blogger. But I am unable to do that. When I am going to option publishing option and placing my coustom domain and pressing save button, then it is showing
"Blogs may not be hosted at naked domains (ex: yourdomain.com). Please add a top-level domain (www.yourdomain.com) or subdomain (blog.yourdomain.com)."

What is the problem. Can anyone help me?

It looks like it just wants you to add the www. in front of your domain.

That is likely what it's looking for, you'll probably need to point that "www" to Blogger's IP space using a CNAME or A record I believe. The settings instructions link should help you complete this.
