I applied for AdSense several times. But, every time I am receiving the same messages from google team. It is telling my Contact address incorrect, incomplete or not provided. Show the format of the address you use, even if you don't put your real address, give it to us. Make sure you put a number in the street address, I think they expect that even if your area doesn't use that. Or maybe it is the postcode, well you're left wondering, that happens quite often with adsense. I actually got banned from adsense and I still don't know why exactly, I appealed and still no idea. I'm not even sure they know why themselves.
