Unable To Get Approve Adsense, Receiving The Same Messages Every Time!

    I applied for AdSense several times. But, every time I am receiving the same messages from google team. It is telling my Contact address incorrect, incomplete or not provided. But I am putting perfect address every time.
    The messages is below:
    Hello,

    Thank you for your interest in Google AdSense. Unfortunately, after
    reviewing your application, we're unable to accept you into AdSense at
    this time.

    We did not approve your application for the reasons listed below.

    Issues:
    - Contact address incorrect, incomplete or not provided

    What is the problem? I am applying for http://www.blogdips.com/. Please suggest me how can I solve this problem, and what is happening that I am receiving the same messages while I am putting address with right format!!

    Are you using a US format for your address? Maybe they don't recognize it?

    Show the format of the address you use, even if you don't put your real address, give it to us.
    Make sure you put a number in the street address, I think they expect that even if your area doesn't use that.
    Or maybe it is the postcode, well you're left wondering, that happens quite often with adsense.
    I actually got banned from adsense and I still don't know why exactly, I appealed and still no idea.
    I'm not even sure they know why themselves.
