Unable to get a key issue resolved

I guess Digital Point no longer exists, or at least has no interest in supporting its products. We've been trying for two weeks to get a key issue resolved. Multiple e-mails have gone unanswered and you can't call because voicemail at Digital Point is full.

All we need is one lousy change to our key.fp5 file. Does anyone have ANY clue how to get someone to respond?

OK, in all fairness I see from Shawn's website that he had surgery on the 24th. Hopefully things are going well. So, we understand, but we still need that new key! ;)

Our email system is really close to the point of being useless to be honest... we are getting a little under 500,000 emails/day (spam) to support and sales. The best thing to do for now would be to post it here.

    Shawn:

We looked at the Barracuda as well.... but chose the ironport because we felt it was better... live interaction with their senderbase system, reputation based blocking etc.... the only downfall is the price...but well worth it.. example, currently 86 percent of all email incoming is spam/viruses and therefore have been blocked... plus they have a no false positive guarantee...

Fair enough on the email issue. Having your sales and support mailboxes underwater due to spam is a major bummer.

Anyway, how do we go about getting the name changed on our key? I'm not sure you want us to post the details of our key file in an open forum.

You can post it if you want, or you can PM me here as well.
