Unable to download mp3 file from a mp3 link-it has been save in different format

    Hi
    I wanted to download a mp3 file from a direct .mp3 link by right click->save target as thru mozilla firefox.But it is not saving as mp3 file although there is a direct link of mp3 file.It has been save as any diff programming file.

    If i save as diff name with mp3 extension then that mp3 file not playing.How to fix this problem?

    Has the file extension been removed? Check by right click/properties - could be a zip file!

    You are right. The extension with which the uploader saved it might n0t be .mp3 so u should try what he said or c0ntact the uploader
