Unable to cash my adsense. Is it legal to rent ad space for adsense to others?

    hi.

I have an awesome blog and it is generating good traffic(around 200 to 300 visitors per day)
It ranked at 240,000 in alexa at its peak. Now it is down to 900,000 due to inactivity on my part.

I have over 200$ which I have to get from adsense. But due to my place of residence (India) It is not legal to take the money without being a permanent resident of US where I am currently staying.
Also, it is frowned upon back at home if I make money online.

I want to rent the adsense space to guys interested. All I want in return is a cut of the money made.
If for example you get 60$ per month. I ask that you give me back 40$ through paypal.

The thing is, is this legal and ethical to do so according to TOS in google?

In theory, you can add someone elses AdSense code to the blog, then they would be paid...then they would pay you. It's not something I would partake in. The only reason I think you are being honest is because you didn't say you make a ton of $$$...stll though, it's an odd request.

There is no paypal back home. We can only get checks from google. I cannot go back home or create a new adsense account right now.
