Unable to buy Adwords Profits 2

    I am unable to buy Adwords Profits 2. Everytime I give my credit card details, I am repeatedly getting the following error:
    "Unable to process your order at this time (4)"

    Please help

    I've this problem when I'm oversea. My credit card keep being denied till I'm back to my country of origin.

    I am also having the same error message come up everytime I try and make a purchse on Clickbank.

    Whast does this message actually mean?

    probably you asked too many refunds in past and they blocked you
