The thread in question has been closed for further replies. Such threads can't be bumped or relisted unless they are opened again. Now you need to ask one of the mods to reopen it. Either start a conversation detailing your problem or use the report switch from the very first post in the thread. That should hopefully take care of it.
Another option is to create a new thread with the same content but with a different title. However, I am not sure if it will be marked as a duplicate one and deleted. Nevertheless, try using a different choice of words.
I would ALWAYS prefer the first option.

    Hope this helps.

Well I attempted to do so however got a bunch of errors...
I cannot even paste the errors here, so attached is a screenshot.[IMG]

However I cannot use the confproduct URLs, since you first need to add the product ID.... THat's pretty standard WHMCS.

    Any additional thoughts?

    It appears

You requested a title change Apr 12, 2014 which was denied due to fact members must change their own title when you use bump/edit/relist.

At some point you marked sales thread as sold and that appears to be the problem.

Opening thread does not seem to help since item was marked sold.

Please quit duplicating threads. I see seven on first page of You thread listings.

Snap shows all links are redirects. The system here won't allow that. You can try putting all urls in a text file and then uploading the file as an attachment. Hope it works.
Anyway, what's the problem in having the thread reopened? I suppose even if the item is marked as sold, the 'bump' option allows you to relist (resell) it.

Right, I attempted to use the bump/edit/relist option to change the title, however was unable to. I then requested assistance doing so and received none.

Where in the world are my duplicate threads? I did not intentionally make any, as you can see I'm simply attempting to edit a single thread, not create a new one. Please kindly point out where these seven duplicates were...

When a member marks a item as sold there is no way a moderator can updo what the member has done. All the information in thread heading (that area that proceeds post marked as number 1) can only be edited by thread starter.

Holy cow, when were those threads from? I'm fairly sure those were from years ago, right? If I recall the rules were a bit different back then, and it was the norm to relist things, as you do on WHT now.

I was the 76th member to join Digitalpoint, duplicate threads have never been allowed.
