How does google arrange your pages to look like this in its search. (refer to picture) Is it a sitemap? I've tried and I can't find out how to do this.
Those are called sitelinks, they are automatically generated by google, there is no proven method of getting them. Rumors are that google will generate them once your site has a lot of traffic and it will display the pages that receive the most clicks.
You can register for a google webmasters tool and from there google will tell you if they have assigned any links to be included for your sitelinks.
those links are generated automatically once your site gets lots of google traffic - the pages that get most traffic will be listed there .
yes, only Google will assign them, you can change the text language or something later though, but not the categories.
Google's SiteLinks algorithm is a secret, but there are some rough ideas for getting sitelinks like: #Site age is several years or older # Useful outbound links # Inbound links from high quality sites # Site ranks first for the keyword(s) that generate the Sitelinks listing # Easily spiderable, structured navigation # Fairly high natural search traffic # High click through rates from the search results page # Useful outbound links But these are not accurate.
