Looks like I was a little too hasty with my praise!!!!
My hosting was suspended and I was sent another invoice to pay because they said I had not paid yet. I did pay through Paypal but it seems to have been stolen by someone posing as the host provider. I was sent this email by Bilal today:-

"If u paid to , please open up a dispute in paypal.
he was a scammer and took all the company's money.
open a dispute in paypal on resolution center , ask for refund.
and tell me when u are refunded , pay that money to company's paypal account if u want to continue ur hosting.if u dont want hosting , keep the refunded money,

charge back from nickcmp by opening up a dispute in paypal please.
and pay us. not him.
he was staff member who was taking all money in his paypal while the money was supposed to be going to company's paypal.
that made our account empty.

How would you know if it isn't the other way around

the company should have dealt with the thing on a more professional manner by

1- mass e-mail all the clients letting them know what happened and ask them to open paypal dispute to get their money back

2- the company allows 60 days from the billing date until the client has got his money from paypal

3- the company charges the client for this payment with a new invoice

no suspending had to be involved in the process because it wasn't the client's problem that the payment was going to the wrong address

it's an internal issue for the company afterall

Sir, go to the court and take this issue there and i'm sure you can get this guy in jail after getting paypal payment details from the clients

there is a major fault on your end to let a staff member control the payment details while they should be managing support and sales only

I think also that you get notifications from paypal every time a paypal payment received to your account, didn't you notice that you are getting orders with no payments to your paypal ?
