Last time i checked on these forums. proxies were no longer allowed on the Shoutserv server. I'm on the server already by the way..

and we dont have load balance technologies.
as i have told above..please read carefully that only proxy are allowed which do not overload the server.
and we have 2 servers running , and 4 CPUs .
so our server will not overload easily..
