The 60/40 - 60% of first sale, and 40% of every successful rebill.
The 75 - Receive 75% of every initial sale you bring to our site from your downloads.


All sales made will show pending in your account until they are 30 days old. This is to ensure against chargebacks, and refunds. Payouts are offered monthly, on the 31st. All sales which are older than 30 days and marked as approved.


Referral's:
If you refer partners to Ultramegabit, you can also earn money off of the earnings that they receive.


20% for PPD - 20% of their income generated you receive.
10% for any Sales - 10% of any sales they make you will receive(if the partner is on a PPS Plan).


We payout with: Paypal or Liberty Reserve, Money Gram(500$ minimum you pay fees), Western Union(500$ minimum you pay fees), or Bankwire(500$ minimum you pay fees)

We pay out weekly on every Friday/Saturday of the month, if you have met the minimum payout amount. Payout is based on earnings from Friday-Thursday of that previous week.

Affiliates / Premium Members can enjoy our blazing fast remote upload, and FTP Services. Hosted in USA, with premium tier 1 bandwidth.
Affiliates / Premium Members have 500GB of cloud storage. More can be requested if your sales make sense.
Premium Members have 500GB of cloud storage.
Affiliate Members have 75GB of cloud storage. You can upgrade to premium for additional storage space, and can also buy additional space packages.
Free registered users can upload files of up to 2GB. Max of 25GB of cloud storage space.
Affiliates / Premium Members can upload files up to 10GB of size.


Downloading:
Free visitors can download at 300KB/s (tier 1 countries), 150KB/s(tier 2/3/4)
Free users will be able to only download 1 file per time.
Premium members will have no parallel download limitations.
Free guest users can download 1 file every 60 minutes
Free registered members can download 1 file every 45 minutes.
Free guest/registered members can only download files up to 1GB of size.


Affiliates can set any file to a premium only download. Meaning only people with premium memberships may download the file.

File Lifetime:
Guest uploads will be deleted 5 days from the date of last download.
Free users uploads will be deleted from 30 days from last download.
Affiliate users uploads will be deleted from 30 days from last download.
Premium users files are never deleted.






We use a seperate script to track sales/traffic, so that one isn't dependant upon the other, incase of problems.

Q: This feature is not working!!
A: Our site is coded to work with robust browsers such as FF or Chrome, and we have really ignored compatibility with other browsers due to their lack of official XHR Support. The downloading function of our site works fine with any browser.


Q: Do you allow adult content

Unlike all of the other hosts out there using 3rd party billing companies to handle their transactions, Ultramegabit has it's own processing. Meaning we have multiple merchant accounts, and process all transactions ourselves. No need to rely on a 3rd party to do this for us. Much like mediafire.
