    I don't think so, but am not 100%. WordPress will be adding this feature (UTW) as default in the next update, so I reckon the plugin will become unecessary.

    That's good news that they're adding tags into the core product!!!

    UTW doesn't allow anyone else to add tags - it's part of the editing process.

    It wouldn't be a difficult task to add that functionality though if you have some ajax and programming skills.
