Hi, Submissions for directories and articles are PR0-PR6, acceptance rate is between 80-90%. No reviews as this is already a very very low price, it would cost $570 to do it yourself plus labour.
I would be very interested in a reasonable review fee for one of my sites. If it works I have 12 other sites and will do one at a time at regular price. Let me know.
