    I think this is a really valuable post, though i don't think that submitting websites to search engines would be a great idea. In my opinion some backlinks do the job much better.

    Under Research your opponents and review yourself, I would remove #2 Overture - Keyword selector & analyzer. since it is no longer being updated and the data you are looking at is from January 2007. What was searched for 7 months ago might not be as heavily searched now.
