Ultimate placement or banning offence?

The ctr on this page must be around 95% but is it allowed?

Obviously you cannot do this with frame, but what if you did it with 'divs' so that the adsense block was on the same page but hidden until the user clicked a link?

95% ctr will send a red flag to google and the div idea is against TOS...you'll get banned.

 

And it looks like you somehow took the "ads by google" line out which will also get you banned. Don't plan on having a very long adsense career if you don't want to play by the rules. Google has zero tolerance for this kind of stuff.

Just don't be one of those people that starts crying about how unfair google is when they ban you for not following the tos.
