Anyone experienced with Ulead VideoStudio 11 - video editing and movie maker software? I need any kind of tutorial that shows how to blur out certain parts of the video. I can't seem to find the "motion blur" filter... only regular "blur" ... plus, would like directions compatible with this software. Thanks...
