    I recently hired jack.innes for a web design project; Sent half the payment upfront and have heard nothing from him.. I've opened a dispute through paypal and will let them resolve the issue if he can't on his own.
    I'll update this post as soon as I hear or receive a refund as there might be an explanation.

    UPDATE: There seems to have been a slight miscommunication however jack.innes came through. He provided everything I requested and I'm very happy with my new home page design.
