    This website has just been built and runs off a simple php script.

    The idea behind the website was to have Landlords add there own Tradesman into the directory and rate them.

    I have bought an e-mail list of 6000 UK landlords with a view to e-mail them all inviting them too the site.

    I have 2 Forums I am about to launch so I have not got the time money or resource for this project..

    E-mail list is a mixture of OPT In

    Please note I just have e-mail addresses..

    I paid 250 GBP for this list and would not let it go for less.

    I have done some research into this project and there are some good forums and sources for Landlord details...

    There are a few sites trying to go into this niche however nobody has capitilised on this as yet..

    If somebody had the time to put into this and enter some tradesman manually this could be very succesful and illiminate some of the cowboy tradesmen out there..

    Sorry for the vagueness I didn't think about the list.. My mind is on other things...
