White supremacists and islam are tied together as well. Glad you are aware of that. Not as hard as it is wondering if "the man" is peeking in your window while perusing alex jone's website They are coming to get you. The FBI knows who you are
Nothing at all, I've not even mentioned brown terrorists I've made that appointment with the optician for you, I'm really getting worried about your either your sight or your sanity. Which is it?
Oooh.. bud a bum pshhh. Now... can someone tell me, really I want to know. Is there a conservative handbook that says anyone that says anything not in line with your way of thinking is A) A cut and runner or B) selling out his country. Lemme tell ya, the problem with your statement is that though I resigned my commission it had nothing to do with my political beliefs. Hell at that point politics was the farthest thing from my mind. I was a commissioned officer in the United States Army and my job was to follow and give orders. I did it because I love this country unconditionally. I've got the war stories, bad knees, and hard core training badges to prove it! I question the people running it not this great nation it has become and will be in the future. Why do you think so many former officers have political aspirations? Because they think the people running the country are great and know exactly what they are doing or because they think they can do a better job? And FYI, I'm still serving as a government employee, I just traded in the battle dress for Kakis and collared shirts.
Do you think that line will work? The old "boo hoo hoo hoo, it's not his line of thinking, so I'm a victim?" Dude, take responsibility for the trash you are espousing. If you are ashamed of selling your country out, then stop! Otherwise, own up to it like a man To be honest, I could care less. Serving one's country does not give them immunity when they start selling their country out. john kerry learned that the hard way. john murtha is learning it the hard way too. And what do you do with those answers to the questions? Ignore them, because they don't fit your newly acquired ideas? You used to be rational. But it's popular and fashionable to "blame America first," and you fell right on the bandwagon. Don't sell yourself short for a popularity contest. Nothing like a guaranteed paycheck! I guess "progressives" still haven't learned to not bite the hand that feeds them.
I'm sorry but saying someone is a cut and runner or a sell out because they question the motives of certain politicians that you support doesn't make it factual. Did I say it was an excuse or did that paragraph simply state that what you are saying is not true and this is how and why I feel the way I do? No , looks like I do the same thing you do with the questions that are being raised... Are you trying to throw me in with all the other liberals you've ever met? Because if so that would be a terrible miscalculation on your part. I'm a proud well educated American, whose served his country and continues to do so today. I provide a very comfortable living for my family and the only trees I've ever hugged were the ones I climbed as a kid. I drive a big ass SUV, think blowing shit up is cool and I own personal firearms. No matter how hard you try to paint that picture of me you're just looking more foolish in my eyes because you're wrong. None of what I've said here is a justification attempt pal. I'm just telling you in plain english who I am and you can't grasp that a well adjusted member of society whos not a poor or misguided white person as you put it could be anything but a conservative. I just ask questions friend. If they make you feel the need to attack my integrity or loyalty to my country then maybe you need to see a professional about that misdirected frustration issue you have there. As opposed to what? Those great non-guaranteed ones that everyone hopes for in their heart of hearts? "No thank you sir, I'd rather you just pay me when you feel like it" Get real please I'm not yo-yo, using labels won't get you very far with me... re-route your attack. I'll wait.
If what you said were true, you might have a point. I suggested you were selling your country out by claiming that US Soldiers were examples of non-muslim terrorists. So let's keep things in real perspective here and not pretend you were questioning motives of certain politicians. Nothing could be further from the truth. It was stated quite well. Re-read it if you are not sure. When you run off espousing the very people you used to serve with are examples of terrorists, you are selling your country out. None of the rest of your excuse matters. No, you didn't ask a question at all. Like john murtha and john kerry, you made an accusation and I'm calling you on it. Pretending you were *just* asking a question is intentionally misleading. You made an accusation. Denial isn't helping you look any better. Thanks, but I'm quite comfortable with where it is now. Serving one's country does not give them immunity to sell their country out. It didn't give kerry immunity, it certainly didn't give murtha immunity (as he's been served with a lawsuit), and it doesn't give it to you. If you are through pretending to be a victim by alleging that *all you were doing* was asking questions, we can get back to that allegation you made, that generated my reply to suggest you were selling your country out. Or not. Doesn't much matter to me. I just hate to see you turn the tables for nothing more than a popularity contest. Maybe there is still hope. I'd certainly like to think someone who served their country honorably, especially as a commissioned officer, would not make such discouraging statements. But it's not uncommon for democrats to crap on the soldiers that serve our country.
OK, I see the problem.... did you think that was a typo and I meant American Military men? Because I meant exactly what I typed... militia Though some militia are redefinining their mission and no longer just get together on weekends and train just in preparation for some war that's coming where they'll have to defend America from bunkers in the woods down the street. But actually are trying define themselves as supporters of our government and homeland security. The ones I make fun of generally feel sex with 2nd cousins is ok and that if a few black people get shot during the great battle that's fine with them. Looks like you thought I was making a statment where I turned my back on my brothers at arms? Again in your zeal to stereotype me it appears you may have misread.
I read it for what you posted. You made no mention of any particular "militia" just reference to "backwoods country ass militia we still have in the U.S. today." Coming from this post in the last line. With clarification, it's clear now that was not your intent. I offer you an apology and am very glad you are not selling your brothers out.
I figured all 23 would be released just like every other time but it looks like 14 so far have been charged http://news.sky.com/skynews/article/0,,30000-1231663,00.html
Why not just start a new thread? What on earth does the number of Muslims in Texas have to do with a UK terrorist plot?
