lol, but you have to consider that every minute someone between the age of 17-24 is killed or seriously injured because of reckless teen driving. not all teen drivers are dangerous, but the truth of the matter is that they, in most cases are too immature to handle such a responsibiltiy
I'm sure the statistics are way worse here in America. My brother (22) flipped my grandmothers car 3 times about 2 nights ago. It was on a dam with big hills going down on each side of the road. We pulled up and the car was upside down smashed completely in. It's amazing he crawled out. He's in jail right now.
i went on a vacation to florida and i did notice that on the all the roads - especially the "i" roads, there is not a 300 meter stretch without seeing skid marks veering off into the hard shoulder and center reservation
