    I bought the postcode gazetteer from Royal Mail and hacked it into a database and script used to identify whether or not the punter is in a remote area but it's not a full look-up as you probably need.

    I will be swapping to a full look up later this year. You can see the cost of the data on Royal Mail's online store. I think it's £500. I doubt any resellers will be offering it lower than that.
