Dolphin Music Ltd is the leading On Line & Retail Music Equipment Reseller in the UK whose growth year on year has been unprecedented. To help us achieve our plans for the next financial year we are looking to develop our Media and Marketing team to enable us to continually provide the best possible service and experience for our customers through offering the latest product news and product knowledge. We are currently looking for an in house online PR specialist to assist with our search and marketing team to ensure PR activity is in line with their strategy and that the service is complementing other link building activity. We require an individual who; • Is confident at writing press releases/blogger alerts/articles for online publications • Is capable of indentifying new contacts and developing relationships within the related online environment. • Has the ability to plan and manage creative, digital PR/social media campaigns relative to search activity and strategically aligned with the overall business objectives • Is digital and social media savvy, with a passion for innovative communication methods If you have the following skills please get in touch; • Excellent copy writing skills, with the ability to identify and amend copy for varying publications • An understanding of e-retail and experience of planning and creating successful PR campaigns • Ability to identify new stories, angles and opportunities • A strong understanding of the digital environment and the numerous digital tools available to assist PR functions • An understanding of SEO principles, including the value of PR related activity • A pro-active and entrepreneurial approach to work This is a brand new role in a young and vibrant team that is currently growing, so the confidence to handle this activity from scratch is a must.
