    I am currently selling my UK Music Festival website called UK Fests.

    It's been a nice little earner for me despite me lazy updating it. I had a recent private ads contract on the site which lasted for about 6 months earning £15 a month in 1 ad space.

    The website has also made some money through Google Adwords.

    The website has 84 articles currently.

    Traffic figures are as Awstats are showing me, however I have had problems with this recently on my server and it doesn't show traffic stats on every day. So expect the traffic to be higher around 6000-7000 hits a month.

    The website feed is also shown on News Now which a major news website. When we post new articles we get a lot of traffic from here.

    I am looking for around £100 ($175) this is negotiable though.

    What are earnings on this please and also how much did you spend on Adwords to get that amount?

    I have not spent any money on adwords what-so-ever. This has all been free advertising.

    Total ad revenue from private ads = 5 x £15 = £75
    Total ad revenue from Google Ads between £5 and £10.

    The private ads are from April. Adsense since February.

    I have checked Paypal and turns out the private ads were for 5 months not 6 months so £75.

    I am unsure of how best to prove this to you.

    I like the site.

    The lack of proof of stats is a concern. I appreciate you may have some issues with awstats, paypal etc.

    If you're willing to drop the price due to the above - let me know.

    The price would need to come down a bit.
